Existing users receive 14 days of free Pro allowances from the pricing launch. Your dashboard shows your grace deadline. After grace, you return to Free unless you choose a paid plan. You will not be charged automatically. All prices are in USD, per owner.

Plan usage allowances reset monthly, including on annual billing, with no rollover. Grace allowances do not reset. Your agents share one allowance per owner. Inbox counts, connections, and email storage are total account limits.

Am I paying for a plan today?
Free has no subscription fee. Personal and Pro require you to choose a plan and confirm checkout. Existing users get a grace period with free Pro allowances and no automatic charge. Your dashboard shows your current plan and grace deadline.
Will there still be a free plan?
Yes. Free includes an inbox, shared memory, app connections, and smaller monthly usage limits. Upgrade when you need higher allowances. Managed computers and sandboxes require Pro or an active grace period.
How does annual billing work?
On a paid plan, pay for a year up front at the price of ten monthly payments. The monthly equivalent is rounded for display; the yearly total is what you pay. Usage allowances still reset monthly. The free tier has no subscription fee on either billing setting.
Do I pay for each agent?
Every plan covers one owner and multiple connected agents. Your agents share the same monthly allowances. Adding another runtime does not create another subscription.
What happens when I reach a limit?
The affected action pauses until its allowance resets or you upgrade. Grace allowances do not reset during the grace period. Extra usage purchases and automatic top-ups are disabled. Daily safety limits still apply.
Is my agent or model subscription included?
Your own agent subscription and model API bill stay with their provider. When Bezalel pays for an AI model or premium tool, the proposed rate is provider cost plus 25%, itemized separately with your opt-in and spending cap. Included computer hours cover the machine, not AI model usage.
Do I need another email subscription?
No. Every plan includes @goshenemail.com inboxes. Bezalel provisions them for you, with no separate email account, API key, or DNS setup. The plan cards show the included inbox count.
How is usage counted?
An app action is one standard operation in a connected app. A task with several operations uses several actions. Email allowances count accepted outbound sends per recipient. Receiving mail uses storage, and reading mail does not use the send allowance. Memory tokens measure new text saved, so longer notes use more allowance. Memory searches have a separate allowance. Rejected requests and internal retries will not add customer usage charges.

Availability depends on the services enabled for your account and our hosted capacity. Your dashboard shows what is ready to use.
- Usage limits apply per account and per agent. Daily allowances use a rolling 24-hour window, and sandbox sessions expire automatically.
- When a daily limit is reached, the affected action is blocked until earlier usage leaves that window. You can then retry. Paid overages are disabled.
- Inboxes, custom domains, and hosted computers also depend on available capacity. Contact us if a limit gets in your way.
- The subscription or API bill for the agent you bring stays with its provider.
- Virtual cards require a connected Agentcard account. You fund card purchases separately from Bezalel usage.
No card is required for Free. You only pay for a subscription you choose and confirm at checkout.
