# Bezalel terms of service (draft)

> **Draft for review. These terms are not in effect yet.**

Draft dated 2026-11-03. Text in square brackets, such as [Company legal name], marks a decision that is still open.

## Who we are

These terms cover the hosted Bezalel service at bezalel.sh: this website, the dashboard, and the plane your agents connect to over MCP. They do not cover a plane you host yourself.

[Company legal name] ("we" or "us"), based at [Business address], runs the service.

## Your account and agent tokens

You need an account to use the service, and you must be at least [Minimum age] to create one. The service is offered in [Launch countries or regions] to [consumers, businesses, or both].

Each account has one owner. The owner adds agents in the dashboard, and each agent gets its own bearer token with only the capabilities the owner turns on for it.

Keep your sign-in and your agent tokens secret. Anyone who has a token can act as that agent. If a token leaks, revoke it in the dashboard and it stops working immediately. You are responsible for activity under your account and its tokens.

## Acceptable use

[Proposed wording below; counsel to approve acceptable use and responsibility for agent actions]

Your agents act on your behalf. You are responsible for what they do through Bezalel, including the email and texts they send, the purchases you approve, and the actions they run in your connected apps.

Do not use the service, or let an agent use it, to:

- send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk email or texts
- harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone
- make purchases or payments you are not allowed to make, or commit fraud
- access an app, account, or system you are not allowed to use
- run malware, or attack other systems from a cloud computer or sandbox
- get around Bezalel's permissions, spending limits, or usage limits, or reach another account's data
- break the law or the terms of a service your agents use
- [Further acceptable-use rules approved by counsel]

## Connected apps and other services

Bezalel relies on other services. Apps you connect from the catalog, such as GitHub, Slack, or Gmail, run through Composio and act under your own account with that app. Private connections to your own internal services do not use Composio. Bezalel calls a worker set up for that connection, and the worker reaches your service over a private network link.

Other features use providers including Cloudflare (for Bezalel's own @goshenemail.com mail) and AgentMail for email, Photon for iMessage, Telegram for texting through your own bot, Plaid for bank links, Agentcard for cards, OpenAI for memory extraction and embeddings, Freestyle for private connection workers, and Orgo, E2B, Daytona, and Vercel Sandbox for cloud computers and sandboxes.

Those providers and the apps you connect have their own terms and policies, which may apply to you when your agents use them. You are responsible for following them. Disconnect an app in the dashboard to stop agents from using it.

## Fees and billing

The [pricing page](https://bezalel.sh/pricing.md) lists plans, prices, and usage allowances. Purchases your agents make with your cards are separate from these fees. The subscription or API bill for the agent you bring stays with its provider.

- Billing, renewal, and cancellation: [Billing terms]
- Taxes: [Tax terms]
- Trials and grace periods: [Trial terms]
- Refunds: [Refund policy]

## Your data and privacy

The [privacy policy](https://bezalel.sh/privacy.md) explains what Bezalel stores, which providers process it, and how to delete it. We do not sell your data, show ads, or train models on your content.

Ownership of your content: [Content ownership and the license you give us to run the service]

## Suspension and termination

You can revoke an agent's token, disconnect an app, or delete your account at any time. Deleting your account revokes every agent token and removes your data as the [privacy policy](https://bezalel.sh/privacy.md) describes.

When we may suspend or end your access, and the notice we give: [Suspension and termination terms]

## Disclaimers and liability

Bezalel is in beta. Agents can make mistakes or be misled by what they read, so check each request before you approve it.

- Warranties: [Warranty disclaimer]
- Service availability: [Availability terms]
- Limitation of liability: [Liability terms]
- Indemnity: [Indemnity terms]

## Changes to these terms

How we tell you about changes, and when they take effect: [Change-notice terms]

## Governing law and disputes

- Governing law: [Governing law]
- Venue and dispute process: [Venue and dispute process]
